COLD USE:

Store eye pad in the freezer for at least 2 hours or chill it in the refrigerator until desired temperature is achieved. Check to make sure the temperature is suitable before application.

HOT USE: 

Microwave for 10 seconds, make sure the gel inside is evenly distributed. Check to make sure the desired temperature is suitable before application. If more heat is needed, reheat in 5 second intervals, or until desired temperature is reached. Before reheating, check if the temperature of any parts of the eye pad is too high (Normally it occurs at the edge of the eye pad) and knead the eye pad to make the temperature even, then rotate 180 degrees of the pad and reheat in microwave.

CAUTION:

Adult use only. Be careful when removing from the microwave, the eye pad may be very hot. To avoid frostbite or burns, set it aside until it reaches a temperature your skin can tolerate. Apply for no more than 20 minutes at a time, with 20 minutes breaks between applications. • DO NOT wear while sleeping. Check skin frequently during use. • DO NOT apply on sensitive skin and / or on open wounds. Be cautious when using the heated eye pad around eyes or any other sensitive areas. • DO NOT use on people unable to follow all use instructions. • DO NOT apply hot gel or frozen gel onto your skin directly. DO NOT overheat. Overheating may destroy this product. DO NOT place extra pressure over the product. DO NOT swallow. Keep out reach of children and pets. • DO NOT use if eye pad contents leak or damaged or torn. If eye pad contents come in contact with your eyes, remove the eye pad, rinse affected area with water and seek professional assistance immediately. Stop Use and ask a doctor if pain worsens or persists for more than 7 days, or if you have any discomfort, burning, swelling, rash or other changes in your skin.

CARE INSTRUCTION: 

Store in the freezer or in an air-tight bag. Hand wash only. Surface cleaning with a damp cloth or sponge.
